Among the most intensely mad performers to ever lace up a pair of wrestling boots, Warrior was one stage the largest celebrity in the WWE – managing to eclipse Hulk Hogan in the summit of his abilities – thanks to his own fan-friendly blend of whirlwind entrances, maniacal interviews, higher octane performances and signature neon face paint. Some wrestlers routinely participated in 15-minute games for decades. Not the Warrior. His games typically ended in just three minutes along with his career barely spanned 10 decades, but it had been just one hell of a whirlwind ride. His tragic death in 2014 was made especially poignant by its time: less than 24 hours following his induction into the WWE Hall of Fame.
