Top 10 Greatest Male Boxers of All Time

8. Mike Tyson

51-year-old American boxer Mike Tyson has grabbed a spot on our listing. Also called “Iron Mike” and “Kid Dynamite,” Tyson is among the most important and most recognizable sports figures from the world. He’s the youngest man to win a brand-new title, which he did at the age of 20. Also, he is the primary heavyweight fighter to maintain the WBC, WBA and IBF name in precisely the same moment. Though notorious for turning into an ugly struggle that gave him the reputation of being considered as the scariest fighter or the worst guy on Earth; it cannot be avoided that Tyson understood exactly what he was doing and his contribution to the field is exemplary.

7. Sugar Ray Robinson

Another one on the list of 10 greatest gale boxers of all time is the American boxer Sugar Ray Robinson. He fought the time period of 1940 to 1965. It was due to his performance in welterweight and middleweight division that pioneered sportswriters to make “pound for pound” rankings, wherein boxers are compared regardless of their weight. Known for his flamboyant lifestyle beyond the ring, he struggled financially throughout his last years. He died at the age of 67 in 1989.
