10. Eugene Palmer

Palmer is accused of the murder of his daughter-in-law on September 24, 2012, and is a wanted criminal. There was a feud between Eugene and daughter-in-law (Tammy) and induced them to get heated debate.

 On the afternoon of Monday, September 24, 2012, Palmer supposedly started shooting her with a shotgun as Tammy walked back to her house after dropping her children in the school bus. Police called in hunt dogs, which followed Palmer’s odour into a campground in the forests. The odour was subsequently dropped, however. Despite multiple hunts, no human or hint of Palmer has already been found, leading police to believe Palmer remains alive.
