10+ Game of Thrones filming location that you can visit

9. Castle Ward, Northern Ireland (Winterfell)

Winterfell relies on Castle Ward, a classic structure that has been constructed back in the 18th-century from the Ward family. The castle had stood the test of time. The location is currently open to people and was hosting a yearly summer opera festival known as the Castleward Opera from 1985 to 2010. The structure of this area has changed from what it had been in its first days but functions well as a Game of Thrones filming place.
